New Feature: Individual Athlete Training History

We’ve added a Training History feature for individualized athlete calendars.

You may already be familiar with the History tab in Group Training. We’ve now brought similar functionality to individual athlete training, so you can easily see exactly what has been published to an athlete’s calendar.

How It Works

Every time you click Publish, that action is recorded as a separate line in the athlete’s Training History.

Here’s what that means:

  • If you publish one activity, it appears as its own entry.
  • If you publish multiple activities at once, they appear together under the same history line.
  • If you duplicate activities and publish them together, they’ll be grouped based on that publish action.

This allows you to clearly track how and when training was delivered.

Viewing Published Training

Inside the History tab:

  • Click View on any entry.
  • Scroll to see the activities included in that publish action.
  • You can Unpublish training directly from this view if needed.

When you unpublish, the training simply returns to an unpublished state.

Important: View vs Edit Mode

The History view may look similar to the athlete calendar editor, but it is not the editing screen.

  • You cannot add or rearrange training from the History view.
  • To make changes to the athlete’s plan, click the provided link to return to the athlete’s calendar editor.

Think of the History tab as a publication log, not a workspace.
