Yes you can with Apple Watch version 10.1 or later installed on your watch. You can set up the sync by going to preferences on your phone and enabling the Apple sync.
In order to set up Apple WorkoutsKit, modify your settings in the V.O2 app.
If one of these these settings is disabled, you may need to modify your permissions within the “Privacy & Security” of your Settings app on your iPhone. You would need to provide “Motion”, and “Health”.

My runs typically sync but my last run doesn’t appear:
Apple syncs activities with the API a bit different than others. On occasion you may need to force the sync. You can find the button to do so on the V.O2 iOS app under: More->Support->HEALTHKIT-> Sync recent workouts
I can’t seem to get any activities to sync:
You can attempt to disconnect and then re-connect HealthKit from V.O2. Please ensure you’re connecting your HealthKit to the correct V.O2 account.
