This screencast shows how a coach can publish training to multiple athletes at a time. In this demo, two Easy runs, one Quality Session and one Day Off are added to a coach’s Staging Calendar, then published to the calendars of multiple athletes at once. When training is added to an athlete’s calendar, they will see their workout individualized by pace according to their VDOT.
This example also shows how you can edit training after it has been published. Athletes will receive a notification to either their email, Android or iPhone (if they have decided to turn them on).
